 Some good size chinook's showed up for the May long weekend!
Campbell River area has slowed down, but running across the strait of Georgia to Grants reef and the north tip of Texada has been worth it. Good numbers of chinook with a few over 20 pounds have been coming in from those area's! Closer to home,Bates beach(Kitty Coleman) has turned on! Monday (May20) had calm sea's and good fishing.We landed our largest yet for 2013 season at 26 pounds!Just a sample of whats to come for the summer! Anchovies and Gater back green hootchy's along with Army Truck cuttle fish hootchy's are the ticket!
